保存する内容と利用目的

表示名、メールアドレス、PC構成、地域、ゲーム経験、参加しやすい時間、表示言語、グループ情報、配信・動画投稿の意向、任意のチャンネルURLを保存します。流入元の指定がある場合はその情報も保存します。

応募者の選考、参加のご連絡、動作環境の確認、協力グループでの選考、配信予定者への優先案内に利用します。応募は参加の確約ではありません。

参加者ページ・Steam連携・意見送信

招待された方には、本人用の専用リンクと認証Cookieを使用します。Steam連携を行うと、Steamアカウント識別子、連携日時、参加権の確認結果と日時を応募情報に紐づけて保存します。Steamのパスワードをこのサイトで入力・保存することはありません。

意見を送信すると、投稿内容、種類、日時、任意の利用ビルド・プレイ方法を保存し、応募時のPC構成と協力グループへ紐づけて運営が確認します。投稿は他の応募者へ公開しません。ゲーム内からの自動接続は準備中です。

保存先と公開される範囲

応募内容はCloudflareのサービスを利用して保存・処理し、運営の管理者が確認します。共通グループコードの照会で分かるのは、応募済み人数と予定人数のみです。

不正な連続操作を防ぐため、接続元のIPアドレスから短期の識別値を作成します。この識別値は短時間の制限に使い、期限を過ぎたものを定期削除します。表示言語はブラウザに保存し、管理者や参加者がログインする場合とSteam連携の認証処理では認証Cookieを使用します。

保存期間と削除・訂正

応募データと紐づくSteam連携・招待記録・意見は、応募日から原則180日で期限後にまとめて定期削除します。障害復旧用の記録はサービス提供元の保持期間に従います。

訂正・削除をご希望の場合は、応募時のメールアドレスから受付番号を添えて contact@quenchforge.com へご連絡ください。ご本人の応募であることを確認して対応します。

How we use your data

This playtest application is operated by the Project Substrata developer. Contact: contact@quenchforge.com.

What we collect and why

We store your display name, email address, PC specifications, region, game experience, availability, display language, group membership, streaming or video plans, and an optional channel URL. We also record the referral source if one is provided.

We use these details for participant selection, playtest contact, checking hardware configurations, reviewing co-op groups together, and prioritizing applicants with content plans. Applying does not guarantee access.

Your participant page, Steam linking and feedback

Invited participants use a personal link and authentication cookies. If you link Steam, we store your Steam account identifier, the link time, and playtest access check results and times alongside your application. You do not enter a Steam password on this site, and we do not store it.

When you send feedback, we store its content, type, time and optional build and play mode, linked to your application PC details and co-op group for the operator to review. Posts are not published to other applicants. Automatic access from inside the game is still in preparation.

Storage and visibility

Application details are stored and processed using Cloudflare services and reviewed by the operator’s administrators. Looking up a shared group code reveals only its current and planned member counts.

To limit abusive requests, we derive a short-lived identifier from the connection’s IP address. It is used for rate limiting and periodically deleted after expiry. Your display language is stored in your browser; administrator and participant sign-in and the Steam linking flow use authentication cookies.

Retention, corrections and deletion

Applications and their linked Steam accounts, invitations and feedback are normally retained for 180 days from the application date and deleted together periodically after expiry. Recovery records follow the service provider’s retention periods.

To request correction or deletion, email contact@quenchforge.com from the address used to apply, including your application reference. We will verify that the application belongs to you before acting.
